2.     It is advisable to drink extra virgin olive oil in between meals. This is an effective strategy. It will make you feel fuller and you will avoid eating in between meals.
3.     Follow the Mediterranean diet. This is the best you can do actually. Having a combination of vegetables, fishes, fresh fruit and olive oil will ensure you have a balanced diet. You should keep increasing the amount of heart-healthy unsaturated fat and important fatty acids in your diet.
4.     However, it is very important to strike a balance. The average man should consume a maximum fat of 95g while 70 g is apt for a woman.
